Role Overview
Act as the point of contact for operation-related inquiries (servicing, repairs, accidents etc.) and support 24/7 hotline. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure service quality.
Vehicle Servicing, Repair & Accident, Fleet Management
- Schedule periodical servicing and coordinate maintenance and repair details with workshops.
- Provide support during accident cases, managing insurance claims and coordinating repair timelines with workshops.
- Monitor and arrange drivers’ daily schedules.
- Prepare inventory vehicles for delivery, including servicing, bodywork and quality checks before delivery.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
- Handle administrative duties, including system data entry, processing of invoices and traffic summons, and preparation of weekly and monthly reports related to the above-mentioned tasks.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in a Business discipline or equivalent. GCE “O” / “A” level holders with extensive relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Experience: Preferably a minimum of 2–3 years of operations experience in the car industry or car rental/lease industry.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Competencies: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, sincere and professional approach to customer service, familiarity and interest in the car market.
