Job description

Job Responsibility

This role is primarily responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations including HSE matters and post-sales support when required for the SGS fleet. Additionally, the role will also be responsible for HSSE matters of SG group fleet.

Job Accountability

Leadership

• Manage the operations related to daily operation of the Supply Boat fleet and provide back up support for launch boat operations when needed
• Provide guidance and support for recruitment, development, and delivery of role requirements for crewing team and voyage operations team.

Operations

• Monitor & Support the deployment of supply boat fleet for voyages in close collaboration with Voyage operations team
• Provide guidance/support for Voyage operations where required from a operations perspective
• Organise the boat crew deployment plan in liaison with crewing team
• Support the sourcing of boat crew for permanent and freelance requirements
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities in liaison with Senior management
• Handle the performance and disciplinary matters of boat crew as per company policies

Safety & compliance

• Manage and drive the HSSE policies of SG Group across the entire supply boat and launch boat fleet, in liaisonwith the Group leadership
• Provide guidance to boat crew on safe operations protocol
• Manage the procurement and maintenance of PPE for boat crew.
• Liaise with technical department for ensuring availability of safety equipment for SG group fleet asrequired
• Conduct investigation on incidents as per instructions from Senior management

Reporting

• Organise updating of operational data and compilation of reports as per company process

Finance

• Support the management of budget for HSSE matters by providing relevant input when required

Miscellaneous

• Provide support for company projects as per instructions from Senior Management

Any other activity as required by company’s operational requirement
