Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma, preferably in social work, non-profit management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in programme management or community outreach, ideally in the non-profit sector.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and management of the Care Sisters programme.
• Manage yearly operational plans and oversee resources and budgets.
• Lead strategic recruitment campaigns for MDWs.
• Supervise training modules for leadership development.
• Develop communication strategies and maintain stakeholder databases.
