We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse Business Unit in Singapore. This role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvements, safety culture, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and a hands-on approach to enhance daily operations, drive productivity, and support business growth through structured improvements. The position will be reporting to a Senior Manager who is the Warehouse Head of Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure service efficiency, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to Warehouse Head of Business Unit and Senior Management with clear action plans.
Process Improvement & Productivity
- Streamline warehouse workflows and material handling processes to increase throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
- Implement productivity metrics and ensure performance is tracked and improved over time.
- Drive lean practices and process standardization across the warehouse.
Safety Leadership
- Strengthen the safety culture within the warehouse team by leading safety initiatives, training, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.
- Investigate incidents and lead corrective/preventive actions to mitigate risks.
Digitalization & System Enhancement
- Lead or support digital transformation initiatives within the warehouse, including system upgrades, automation tools, or WMS enhancements.
- Promote adoption of technology and data tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and control of operations.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to trial and implement new digital solutions.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with proven people and process management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience in driving process improvement, KPI-based management, and safety initiatives.
- Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) and openness to digital transformation.
- Proactive, structured, and able to lead teams through change and improvement.
