Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in both factory and laboratory environments
• Supervise and support Operations Technicians in following SOPs and safety procedures
• Plan and monitor workflows to ensure timely preparation, packing, and shipment of materials
• Operate and oversee various machinery in the facility as required
• Perform minor equipment repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and storage environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Drive continuous improvement and support upskilling of staff

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in factory or operational management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Familiarity with machinery operations, material handling, and safety protocols
• Singaporean only
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)
• Over Time required
