Duties & Responsibilities

CIOC is the 24hrs/7days command centre for Certis Aviation Security Operations in Changi Airport. It is thus important to have the Duty Operations Manager in CIOC to ensure the smooth running of operations on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide effective leadership to the operations team
• Direct and coordinate the overall activities in the operations center; planning, deployment, and tracking of security operations
• Act as focal point for any incidents involving security; to prepare reports, take follow-up action and inform the management team
• Provide additional operational support to the management team as required
• Train and supervise operations team and ensure that they adhere to established procedures and SOP
• Seek continuous improvement in operation and admin processes
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
• Build winning relationships with clients, regulators and other stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
