Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage inventory. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably within FMCG or logistics. This role includes coordinating across departments and improving operational processes. The position offers up to $4,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of operations or management experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or logistics.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock-taking.
  • Class 3 license required; forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
  • Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
