Job Description
  • Assist & Support the smooth running of the day‑to‑day operations

  • Identification of issues that may affect the daily operations and creation of solutions to promptly address problems

  • Preparation of training materials and documentation for Training

  • Provide support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes

  • Work with other support units like Facility, IT and Customer Service team to create a conducive learning environment for the participants

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation of the business division operations

  • Maintain training props and inventory

  • Housekeeping and maintenance of classrooms, storeroom and trainer’s room

  • Coordinate learner registration for assessments and attendance reporting

  • Refreshment ordering for the participants

  • Updating the quality of training programmes through programme evaluations and feedback

  • Conducting procurement/purchasing

  • Attending to stakeholders feedback and queries

  • Recommending and participating in continuously improvement projects

  • All other duties as requested by the management

Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline

  • Relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative role, Training & Development

  • Excellent communication and written skills

  • Organized and meticulous

  • Team player and able to work under pressure and short deadlines

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Good problem-solving and time management skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
