  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain ownership and governance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of frameworks that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define, implement, and uphold service standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives and performance targets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on incidents to identify trends and resolve recurring issues.
  • Lead and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Assist with procurement activities and oversee vendor management.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform and support business decision-making.
  • Manage data and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation.
  • Identify and support automation opportunities for routine operational processes, including data collection and tracking.
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.
