Overview
Job scope:
- To carry out maintenance of rehabilitative equipment as per center’s guideline
- To ensure a safe environment for the clients to perform the therapy sessions as per updated guideline
- To accompany and ensure safety of the clients during outdoor activities
- To assist in transport arrangement and scheduling of clients.
- To ensure necessary documentation is made for all prescribed therapy sessions, completed by the clients
- To ensure that transport routes are coordinated and to maintain the safety of the vehicles with regular servicing
- To assist reporting officer and ensure smooth operations at the centre from day to day
- To lead in the referral acceptance process and initial assessment process for all new clients in the centre
- To coordinate monthly food ration service for Medical Care (eg. collecting itmes, packing, delivery arrangement etc)
- To oversee day to day cleanliness of the centre
- To oversee the maintenance activities of the centre and to escalate to F&P if necessary
- To supervise locum general worker and facilitate in NEA audits.
- To assist in logistic management of the centre
- To coordinate and assist in CSR events with corporates and volunteering events with schools
- To coordinate assignments for any planned and adhoc fundraising activities
- To coordinate induction of the new staff and to guide them through centre guidelines and procedures
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting officer as required
Qualifications
- Diploma in any healthcare-related course preferred
- Min 1 year of experience, in healthcare industry
