Job summary

A local employment service provider in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on administrative and communication support in a school setting. Qualifications

  • Experience working in a secondary school is required.

Contract Period

From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.

Working Hours
  • Mon‑Thu: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (60 min lunch)
  • Fri: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (60 min lunch) – 8 hr work
  • No service on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services
  1. Administrative and Communication Support
    • Managing parents or students on discipline‑related matters such as latecoming and behavioural issues.
    • Preparing discipline‑related data and reports for the HOD/Student Management, including but not limited to latecoming and absenteeism records.
  2. On‑Ground Discipline Support
    • Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, and patrolling.
    • Managing students placed on detention or in‑house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and that they are meaningfully engaged in assigned tasks.
  3. Event and General Support
    • Assist at school events when required.
    • Carry out simple administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice‑Principal, or Key Personnel.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a secondary school.
  • Experience working in a law enforcement agency such as SPF or CNB.
  • Experience in a student‑management role or similar capacities.
  • Good communication and inter‑personal skills especially with students.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and spreadsheet.
