A leading educational services provider based in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support discipline and safety initiatives. The role involves liaising with parents and students, managing detentions, and supporting school events. Candidates should have experience in a secondary school environment and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also required. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday with weekends and public holidays off.
Position Title: Operations Executive (Discipline and Safety)
Contract Period: 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
The personnel shall be deployed as follows:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Inclusive of 60 minutes lunch break)
Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Inclusive of 60 minutes lunch break – 8 hours of work)
Service is not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
The personnel must be competent to perform the following duties:
Liaise with parents and students on discipline-related matters, including late coming and behavioural concerns.
Prepare discipline-related reports and data for HOD/Student Management (e.g., late coming, absenteeism, behavioural records).
Perform duties including canteen supervision, detention duty, and patrolling.
Manage students on detention or in-house suspension, ensuring adherence to school rules and proper engagement in assigned tasks.
Support school events and activities when required.
Handle administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.
The ideal candidate should preferably possess:
Experience working in a secondary school environment.
Experience in law enforcement agencies (e.g., SPF or CNB) is an added advantage.
Prior experience in student management or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with students.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
