We are looking for a hands‑on Operations Executive to keep our daily operations and logistics running smoothly. This role plays a key part in coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle matters relating to operation assistants, drivers and storemen
  • Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules and follow up on delivery-related issues
  • Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy
  • Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks and spare parts
  • Review maintenance costs and monitor truck downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage incident reporting
  • Apply for required safety licences for trucks and tanks with relevant authorities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operational flows between customers and the warehouse
  • Establish good rapport and maintain regular communication with customers
  • Ensure warehouse inventory controls are in place, including stock takes and cycle count schedules
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum N Level/O Level/Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
