Operations Executive at Rida Global

Experience: 2–4 years

About Us

We’re an AI-driven company revolutionising deliveries and last-mile logistics. Our technologies automate workflows, optimise routes, and power smarter, faster, and more reliable operations — supporting mission-critical deliveries for large enterprise customers across healthcare, F&B, and retail in Singapore.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive with hands‑on warehouse experience and strong knowledge of Singapore’s road networks. You will support daily warehouse workflows, dispatch coordination, and on‑ground fulfilment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment.

In this role, you’ll gain exposure to large enterprise clients across multiple industries — including public hospitals, telemedicine providers, F&B chains, and major retail brands.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Support daily inbound/outbound processes: receiving, sorting, loading, and inventory checks
  • Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, sorting, and deployment
  • Manage returns: inspect, sort, and process returned items efficiently
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and resolve operational discrepancies
Dispatch Coordination & Driver Management
  • Plan and optimise routes based on delivery waves, capacity, and on‑ground constraints
  • Guide drivers on sequencing and best routing decisions
  • Monitor real‑time delivery progress and resolve issues such as delays, mis‑sorts, or rescue needs
  • Assist HR/Ops in screening, onboarding, and managing drivers during peak hiring cycles
  • Identify and rectify SOP gaps with drivers and contractor partners
Operational Support & Reporting
  • Prepare daily attendance, deployment, and performance reports
  • Prepare reconciliation (recon) reports to identify discrepancies in deliveries or inventory
  • Coordinate between fleet teams, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify operational gaps and contribute to improving SOPs, efficiency, and driver performance
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, or last‑mile operations
  • Possess a valid Singapore driver’s license (own car/van is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic patterns, and delivery constraints
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset
  • Able to make real‑time decisions and handle on‑ground exceptions with autonomy
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with frequent operational changes
  • Able to support early shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required
Good to Have
  • Experience coordinating drivers or managing fleet operations
  • Forklift licence or warehouse safety certifications
  • Familiarity with routing tools or logistics management systems
What We Offer
  • Impact & Ownership: Own critical operational workflows and work directly with the founding team to drive operational excellence.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to expand your role across fleet management, routing, operational planning, and AI‑driven logistics systems.
  • Competitive Compensation: Market‑aligned salary with performance incentives.
  • Environment: Join a small, ambitious team building AI‑powered logistics solutions that matter — fast‑moving, data‑driven, and collaborative.
