Job summary

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, DO and proforma invoices
  • Liaise with group companies, factories and Japan HQ on production schedules, shipment and delivery matters.
  • Prepare, review and manage shipping and logistics documentation (import/export)
  • Prepare sales analysis, inventory reports and operational reports for management review
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses and courier service providers
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage inventory control, stock movement analysis and goods receipt posting
  • Maintain and update inventory records and product item master data in SAP system
  • Handle after-sales operations, including warranty claims and spare parts coordination
  • Assist with annual stock-take exercises
  • Provide general operational and administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
  • Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Operations, Logistics or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in ERP / SAP inventory management preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
