A local transport company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Executive to manage subcontractors and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree, at least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the private bus industry. • Handling subcontractor inquiries
• Incident management
• Updating of CMS
• Handling day to day ground operation
• Assist in route planning
• Assist in report preparation
• Assist in sourcing of subcontractors
• Inspection of vehicles
• Any other jobs assigned by the management

Experience / Qualifications

• Preferred Diploma / Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operation, preferably in subcontractor or driver management
• Experience in private bus industry is preferred
• Working in a school environment
• Good team player, interpersonal skills, full of initiatives with sense of ownership
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize and multitask between Operations and Customer Service role
• Able to start work as early as 0600hrs
• 5 days work week
• Fast pace work environment
• Able to commute from school to office at Ubi few times during working hours
• Good communication skills
