Job description
COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations for our store at the new land site, ensuring smooth coordination of store activities, logistics, and customer service. This role includes tracking land usage, managing access and public queries, handling urgent repair requests, and supporting light equipment operations. The Operations Executive will also provide direct assistance to the Operations Supervisor (OS) to ensure that both the store and site run efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Operations Management
  • Oversee daily store operations.
  • Coordinate deliveries, stock movement, and inventory management in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Address customer and public queries in a timely, professional manner to maintain positive engagement.
Land & Site Oversight
  • Monitor and track land use related to store operations, including movement logs, access control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with operational forecasting and budgeting to support both store and site activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of site licenses, permits, and land occupation approvals.
  • Maintenance & Equipment Support
    • Respond promptly to urgent repair requests affecting store or site operations.
    • Assist in light equipment operations, ensuring functionality and safety.
    • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure store and site activities comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, including usage, site updates, and incident logs.
  • Support inspections and audits by maintaining proper documentation.
Operational Support to Operations Supervisor
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor in planning and executing day-to-day store and site activities.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including documentation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma, ITE certification, or N/O Level qualifications.
  • Prior experience in store operations, logistics, or site management is preferred
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 (Manual) driving license is an advantage to support site mobility, with experience in driving 10ft/14ft lorries preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to assist in light equipment handling.
  • Understanding of inventory management, delivery coordination, and land/site usage tracking.
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to store and site operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle customer/public queries and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, handle documentation, and support operational reporting and audits.
