Zaphon Logistics (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a leading freight and cargo forwarding company, is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join their team in the Changi East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics services.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of Air Freight and cargo movement, ensuring timely delivery
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and customer information
• Assist with the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including airwaybills, customs clearance, and invoicing
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as required
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Air Freight operations role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant logistics and transportation software
• Knowledge of freight and cargo handling procedures, customs regulations, and relevant industry standards
• Ability to work well in a team and adaptable to changing priorities
