  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating shift system).

  • Coordinating and streamline TCF/projects operations.
  • Managing day-to-day operations to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Ensuring the safety, well-being, and comprehensive care of clients.
  • Creating operations workflow strategies.
  • Support in developing emergency response plans.
  • Assessing risks and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Ensuring high-quality services aligned with healthcare regulations.
  • Keeping accurate records of patient care.
  • Preparing for audits to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Gathering feedback to improve workflow processes.
  • Liaising with various departments.
  • Handling inquiries or complaints from patients or NOK.
  • Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers.
  • Proposing and implementing innovative work-related processes.
  • Managing claims and invoices.
  • Updating staff training records and workflows.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Supervisor.

Job Description
  • Coordinating and streamline TCF/ projects operations
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, fire safety, housekeeping, and security, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Ensuring the safety, well-being, and comprehensive care of clients during their recovery process, coordinating medical services, therapies, and activities
  • Creating operations workflow strategies
  • Support in developing and implementing emergency response plans for patient and staff safety during unforeseen events
  • Assessing risks, incidents, and implementing proactive solutions to enhance safety and reduce occurrences
  • Ensuring high-quality services aligned with healthcare regulations, licensing, and quality standards
  • Keeping accurate records of patient care, facility operations, and relevant information
  • Preparing for clinical, service, and financial audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Gathering and comparing feedback between management and team members to improve on workflow processes
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure the TCF / projects run smoothly
  • Dealing with patients or NOK to handle inquiries or complaints when needed
  • Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers
  • Propose and implement innovative work-related processes
  • Manage and oversee the submission of claims and invoices for accounting and audit purposes
  • Assist Management in the updating of staff training records, workflows and processes
  • Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Supervisor and/or Management
