Operations Administrator (Michelin Restaurant Group)

This is a unique and high-impact opportunity to join the team behind Noodle & Porridge Seafood Restaurant—a Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee—as they launch and scale their operations across Singapore.

Your Impact
SFA & Compliance

Handle all Singapore Food Agency (SFA) matters, ensuring we maintain full regulatory compliance for licensing and operations across all locations.

Payroll & Finance

Execute and manage payroll processing for the team.

Operational Support

Provide direct administrative support to management and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

Inventory Management

Conduct essential monthly inventory checks at our Funan outlet to manage costs.

🗓️ Key Work Arrangements

We want to be fully transparent about the working arrangements, as they reflect the nature of launching a new restaurant group:

  • Standard Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Alternate Saturdays: Required to work 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • Locations: You will start at the Funan/Paya Lebar office, then transition to their new Admiralty office by Month 3. You will return to the Funan outlet monthly for inventory checks.
  • Flexibility: We require availability for urgent submissions or work on scheduled non-working days, though this is not a regular occurrence.
