Job summary

A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a part-time Operations & Administration Assistant to provide administrative support for various community programs. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with social service agencies. Job description

The Operations & Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to the Society as part of the Operations & Administration Team and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of below programmes. This position is on a part-time basis; working either half-day everyday or full-day on 2.5-days work week.

Milk & Diapers Programme

Supports low-income families with children aged 0–3 years by providing milk, diapers, befriending support, and referrals to other social services.

EduFriends Programme

Supports Primary 3–6 students with online English and Mathematics enrichment through volunteer mentoring.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Oracles NetSuites is an advantage). Able to manage multiple tasks across programmes.
