Job summary

A foundation works company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive responsible for credit control operations, processing orders, and documentation management. Applicants should have at least 3 years in Sales & Office Administration and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for client engagement. The role offers a salary range of SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,600.

Qualifications

  • 3 years working experience in Sales & Office Administration.
  • S'porean / PR required.
  • Able to engage with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Process credit limit submissions and liaise with Coface office.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with customer site PIC.
  • Safekeep operation documents and update departmental records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports.
