  • In charge of hiring process

  • In charge of operational related paper work and annual evaluation security agency license renewal
  • Able to work in shift and 6 working days per week
  • Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday
  • Able to travel to India & China frequently
  • Experience in Security Agency
  • Station in both Singapore & India
  • Manages security logistic stock and inventory
  • Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
  • Provides advice and guidance to colleagues
  • Manages operation team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
  • Improves existing systems and policies
  • Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
  • Oversees daily security operation functions
  • Works closely with other departments
  • Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
  • Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
  • Liaise with company top management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Evaluate overall performance of the company by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
