Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales Support professional to manage key accounts, coordinate order management, and ensure seamless operation and shipping arrangements. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, with a preference for candidates having 5 years of experience in sales support and good knowledge of shipping documents. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma required.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales Support or Order Desk preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping documents and LC handling, automotive experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key sales accounts and assist to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor customer payments and follow up on remittances.

Job Description
Accounts Management
  • Manage selected key sales accountsAssist Sales PIC to achieve sales target
  • Handle and attend to customer's enquiry and complaints
  • Provide customer support and maintain good customer service
Order Management
  • Handle all customer’s orders and enquiry
  • Receive and process orders, issue SOC timely
  • Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy
Operation and Shipping Arrangement
  • Coordinate with warehouse on picking/ packing of goods according to shipping schedule
  • Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange on time shipment of customer orders
  • Ensure accuracy in shipping documentations and endorsements
  • Check accuracy on invoices and charges from forwarder, entry into system
  • Book and arrange vessel on-time and on schedule
Payment Management
  • Ensure LC accuracy and proper, on time submission to bank
  • Ensure remittance received in bank
  • Follow-up and monitor customer payment
  • Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
  • 5 Years Experience In Sales Support / Order Desk preferred
  • Good knowledge in full set of shipping documents and LC handling. Automotive background will be an advantage
  • Able to work as a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Microsoft Office (Good in Excel/Words)
