Roles & Responsibilities

The role of Operations Director is to develop, manage and grow clinical Franchise Partners across China, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. To execute strategic initiative including mergers and acquisitions. To ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and seamless integration of acquired entities, while promoting high-quality patient care and organizational growth.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership during mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on market assessments, feasibility studies, and post-acquisition integration plans.
  • Lead the operational due diligence process during M&A activities, including assessments of target organizations’ infrastructure, systems, and workflows.
  • Partner with legal, financial, and clinical teams to evaluate risk, compliance, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and execute detailed operational integration plans post-acquisition, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, systems, and standards.
  • Monitor key milestones, timelines, and ROI from acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for operational synergies, cost savings, and process improvements following integration.
  • Any other related or ancillary duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time depending on the Company’s business and operational needs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business, engineering, or science (e.g., materials science).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, including at least 5 years leading M&A activities or large-scale integrations.
