Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS and command-line utilities.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, RPA, and mail merge.
• Experienced in software installation and providing remote desktop support.
• Strong follow-up and task management skills.
• Familiar with IS&T standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills with global IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Microsoft and non-Microsoft software patches promptly.
• Remediate PC vulnerabilities identified by the Cybersecurity team.
• Follow up with users on patching issues and send reminders.
• Support testing and implementation of automated patching tools.
• Maintain accurate PC records in ServiceNow’s Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Assist with PC provisioning and disposal activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues during software update deployments.
• Document patching activities and track progress consistently.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on vulnerability status.
• Contribute to automation efforts and process improvements.
• Support team productivity through documentation and reporting.
