The successful candidate will coordinate schedules for Technical Support Agents, assist with account setups, and ensure a seamless experience for restaurant partners. In this role, you’ll handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners—from scheduling Technical Support Agents to ensuring menus, devices, and accounts are ready to go. You’ll keep our operations running smoothly by managing restaurant assets and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
You’ll need to be comfortable juggling tasks, whilst still giving a great experience to our new restaurant partners.
