A leading flow control solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Applications Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Mechanical Seal products. The role involves troubleshooting, technical support, and training delivery. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, alongside strong drawing interpretation skills and a customer-oriented mindset. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in mechanical principles and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities at the customer site including correspondence, orders, and service recommendations.
• Provide engineering support and conduct failure analyses.
• Generate and maintain KPI reports for internal and customer use.
• Perform on-site analysis of failed seals and lead root cause analysis.
• Select appropriate seals and support systems based on specifications.
• Collaborate with personnel to monitor order status.
• Support field service operations with seal assembly and installation.
