Overview

Oil Trader | Up till $15000 basic + Monthly allowance + Commission

  • Working location: Kallang Way
  • Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities
  • Leverage and expand your established industry network to execute profitable physical trades.
  • Understand the desks and group business strategy and seek to identify new business opportunities relating to trends, future markets, products and clients
  • Drive market research for the desk and feed into the reports for the internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships, making regular contact and tracking daily trading activities
  • Assist senior management in establishing sector-related policies and procedures.
  • Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with company policies
  • Exercise judgement and act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence and co-operate with the regulators and exchanges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in petrochemical engineering, international trade, or economics.
  • At least 8 years of experience in international trade within the oil & gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends; industry client resources are preferred.
