Job Description

Primary responsibility is to process daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner within service level agreement and in accordance with regulatory requirements, guidelines and bank's procedures.

  • Daily basis process trade related transactions accurately, ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with the International Chamber of Commerce Rules and Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Trade Documents checking
  • Ability to monitor the incoming/outgoing activities and reconcile periodically throughout the day. Additionally, track some of the other daily reports and perform reconciliation as needed.
  • Liaise with client on updating the trade transaction status and/or routing trade transaction operational issues.
  • Ability to identify and provide operational solution to potential bottleneck in daily operation.
  • Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated.
  • Transactional Approval
  • Perform FMF checks and be familiar with AML related issues
Job Requirements
  • Graduate, preferably in Degree in Banking & Finance/ Information Systems / Computer Science/ Business Management or other applicable fields.
  • At least 1-2 years working experiences (Experience in International Trade experience advantageous).
  • Knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, URDG
  • Sound computer knowledge/skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, clear and concise in communications.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task and a team player.
  • Enjoys working in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility with extended working hours
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills combined with drive and initiative
