A leading global financial institution in Singapore is looking for a Client Service Advisor to support FI/NBFI clients, offering high-quality customer service in treasury and cash management. This includes managing client queries, providing proactive service, and working closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client servicing skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a solid understanding of banking products. Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is required for this role.

As a Client Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with our FI /NBFI clients. You will help to service, advise, support and manage portfolio of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions by providing professional,courteous and high quality customer service in all aspects of domestic,international and cash management services. This role offers a high level of visibility as you will work in conjunction with a number of other internalteams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.
