Job summary

A human resources advisory firm is seeking a Business Support Executive in Singapore. The role involves providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office. The position offers a salary of $2,500 - $2,700 plus AWS and VB, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage e-filing and maintain organized records and database.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle purchasing, and liaise with vendors for office-related matters.
  • Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Working Location: Joo Koon (Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie: Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands)
