Office Admin Assistant
Enter financial and accounting data accurately into systems
Maintain and update records, files, and spreadsheets
Assist the Accounts team with invoices, receipts, and documentation
Perform basic office administrative duties (filing, scanning, emailing)
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Support other clerical tasks as required
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn
Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned
Prior experience in data entry or office administration
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
