Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in trading or trade support roles.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for document processing and liaison.
• Highly meticulous with strong problem-solving capability.
• Experience in similar capacity or finance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place trades accurately across multiple asset classes.
• Monitor order flow and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Perform trade confirmation, allocation, and follow-up.
• Maintain trading records and internal systems.
• Assist in pre-trade checks and post-trade reporting.
• Ensure compliance with trading policies.
• Assist in client data management and provide analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with Relationship and other departments.
• Coordinate with external service providers.
