Job Description

• The Therapy Support Associate (TSA) plays a key support role in:
• Assisting Occupational and Physiotherapists in safe patient handling and care
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the therapy department
• Covering both Occupational and Physiotherapy scopes (training provided)
• Pathway to Become a Licensed Occupational Therapist

This is a structured career pathway leading to full licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Singapore :

• Candidates begin as Therapy Support Associates
• Gain clinical exposure and familiarize with local practices
• Prepare for and sit the Qualifying Examination (QE)

Upon passing QE, candidates may register and be employed as licensed Occupational Therapists

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Intention to complete the Qualifying Examination (QE) to become a licensed Occupational Therapist in Singapore
• Willingness to take English test as required by AHPC
• Basic Salary: From SGD 2,350/month onward
