Job summary

Qualifications

  • Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or community setting.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Visit clients in their homes to provide occupational therapy services.
  • Assess clients' needs, create care plans, and deliver personalised therapy.
  • Work closely with caregivers, internal teams, and external partners to support client well-being.
  • Keep accurate and timely records in line with professional and organisational standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress to ensure quality care.
  • Coordinate part-time (locum) occupational therapy services when needed.
  • Lead and support a team of Healthcare Assistants providing home care services.

Requirements

  • Comfortable delivering therapy in clients’ homes and adapting to different environments.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time well
