Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid nursing licensure with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and appropriate certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years of management experience & IPC trained.
• Excellent understanding of nursing practices and procedures. Experience in geriatric care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards stipulated by Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Promote evidence-based practices in nursing care delivery.
