Qualifications

• Must have experience as a carpenter.
• Hands-on experience with carpentry materials required.
• Must be able to read technical blueprints and documents.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual tools.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Good physical condition and endurance.
• Must work night jobs, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Depend on customer requirements to work odd timings.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to grasp requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate needed materials.
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings.
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
• Lay out flooring, roofing or drywalls ensuring compatibility.
• Carve and assemble furniture and shelves.
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures.

Skills

Proven experience as carpenter

Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials

Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques

Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Willingness to follow safety guidelines
