Job description

We are looking to hire a NPI Associate Engineer / Engineer to manage and oversee transition of a new product and existing product from development to production.

Job Description:

• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product designs.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Develop and oversee prototype sample builds & validate design concepts.
• Develop and coordinate test requirements and validations with QA team, internal & external analytical labs as required.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for new & existing products and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure proper handover of new products to production teams.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
• Continuously improve the work processes to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering (Communication System), or relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of quality standards and processes, process validation and qualification.
• Experience in product development and project management with cross functional team.
• Good in technical & interpersonal skills, resourceful and team player.
• Ability to learn new technology, processes, and systems quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and technical reporting skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Candidate with driving license will be advantageous
• Able to travel if required.
