Responsibilities
- Own the AP Marketing Data Strategy and roadmap, translating strategic pillars into annual OKRs, budgets, and multi-market rollout plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Product, Legal/Privacy, Markets) to set priorities, resolve blockers, and develop business cases for growth.
- Manage data strategy localization in line with APAC regulations, coordinating with Legal/Privacy on regulatory interpretations and updates.
- Design and maintain scalable data frameworks and documentation; create market-ready segments aligned with marketing strategy and push into media platforms.
- Gather, clean, validate, and standardize multi-market data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Implement media data initiatives (e.g., Conversion API, Google Analytics audiences) to enhance data collection and remarketing.
- Partner with global teams to deliver high-quality, compliant data for campaign activation.
- Work with Measurement and Media Activation teams to drive data initiatives, governance, and segment creation for business use cases.
- Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
