Job description

Job Duties:

  • Grow high-quality first‑party data and consented addressable audiences across Asia Pacific
  • Improve rollout speed for data use cases across markets.
  • Own the Asia Pacific Marketing Data Strategy and roadmap aligned to the business’ strategic pillars
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional working team with Marketing, Digital Capabilities, Product, Legal/Privacy, and Markets
  • Manage data strategy localization as required by APAC regulations
  • Assist in designing and maintaining scalable data frameworks and documentation for use across markets.
  • Create segments based on marketing strategy and push into various media platforms.
  • Validate data from multiple markets
  • Implement media data initiatives such as Conversion API and Google Analytics audiences for collection of media data and remarketing purposes
  • Partner with teams to supply data, lead data initiatives, and build playbooks, and training for market leads

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role, ideally in a global or multicultural environment.
  • Understanding of data privacy frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and regional equivalents) for Asia Pacific
  • Experience with data quality assurance, data governance, and data framework design.
  • Familiar with Customer Data Platforms (i.e Tealium) and some degree of understanding of media channels (i.e Tiktok, Meta, Linkedin) for media data integration work
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics to help with creation of audiences and using Analytics to deliver data insights
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
