Job description

Job Title: Network Support Technician (East)

Job Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quotations and system proposals to clients
• Conduct technical research based on client specifications and requirements
• Support project implementation and project management activities
• Perform LAN and electrical cabling, including termination and labelling
• Source and procure IT devices or equipment for client deployment
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
• Perform PC hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Conduct server management, maintenance, and health checks
• Maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Handle printer devices setup, configuration, and support
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to clients
• Prepare proper documentation, service reports, and update records for clients
• Coordinate closely with clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Job Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Information Technology, Network Engineering or related fields
• 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, cabling, or infrastructure roles
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and protocols.
