Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Network Pre-Sales Consultant to provide technical support on network solutions. The role involves working closely with customers, sales, and service partners. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of pre-sales experience, preferably with a CCNP certification and good interpersonal skills. This position focuses on maintaining customer relations and ensuring seamless transitions to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related pre-sales working experience in networking and security projects.
• 3+ years of experience in project implementation.
• CCNP or above preferred.
• Vendor management experience required.
• Prior working experience for Defence and Homeland sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors. Keep up-to-date on new products and solutions. Perform proof of concepts (POCs) when required. Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from pre-sales to the operation/delivery teams.

• Good communication and writing skills with strong interpersonal skills and vendor management.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• A good team player who is highly motivated and directed.
