Job summary
A leading shipping company in Singapore seeks a candidate with a degree in Maritime Transportation or Nautical Studies. Responsibilities include vessel stowage management, scheduling, and operational support. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in the container shipping industry and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position may require long hours and commitment during weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in container shipping industry.
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Working knowledge of CASP is essential but not necessary.
- Ability to speak various languages is also welcome.

- Basic knowledge of vessel stowage to achieve maximum utilization.
- Calculate slot/space requirements for capacity management.
- Manage slot sharing with partners.
- Manage vessels' schedule and maintain KPI.
- Manage daily vessel operations.

- Manage vessels’ schedule and maintain KPI.
- Manage daily vessel operations.
- Management reporting and support to headquarters.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Maritime Transportation or Nautical Studies.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in container shipping industry.
