Description:

• Manage and support infrastructure architecture, resource planning, network performance and overall infrastructure operating environment for office network environment
• Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in Network Infrastructure Services and at least basic security awareness
• Maintain understanding of network operations environment and governance processes to ensure smooth and continuous infrastructure operations
• Manage network infrastructure to support application systems through collaboration with Business Units
• Supporting infrastructure project delivery ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors while maintaining project timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Maintaining SOP, logical diagram, inventory record related to network infrastructure
• Monitoring network availability and study network capacity for potential network performance impacting business operation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking
• Strong knowledge in enterprise networking is a must.
• Deep understanding about TCP/IP methodology is a must.
• Basic security knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (on-prem, on cloud) is a plus
• Basic concept of CIA (confidentiality, integrity, availability) is a plus
• Experience in Project Management related to tech-refresh of network appliance(s)
