Job Summary

Support project delivery by executing hardware and software installations, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring successful system acceptance testing and documentation for turnkey solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project milestones and complete project deliverables to support overall project success
• Perform hardware and software installations for turnkey solutions to enable operational readiness
• Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW) to define project scope and deliverables clearly
• Coordinate with external vendors and customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Participate in System Acceptance Tests alongside external vendors and customers to validate solution performance
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to maintain system stability and functionality
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and configuration documentation to support system management
• Document and explain network topologies and diagrams to facilitate understanding and communication
• Prepare standard documentation such as SOWs, system handover documents, and inventory lists to ensure project transparency and continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Linux environments, specifically CentOS and SUSE, to manage and maintain systems effectively
• Knowledge of networking equipment and protocols, including Dell and Cisco devices, to support network infrastructure
• Experience with firewall technologies, particularly Fortinet, to secure network environments
• Familiarity with fiber-optic transmission devices to support high-speed data communication
• Understanding of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, and Elastic Search, with experience in implementation and system maintenance preferred
• Working experience in virtualization technologies is an advantage to enhance system flexibility and resource utilization
