Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
• Deliver Day 2 support, troubleshooting and operational excellence
• Lead and support implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Work directly with customers to understand and address business needs
• Operate and troubleshoot Cisco Campus Networks, Wireless, SD-WAN, SDA, and DNAC environments

Skills & Requirements:

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking
• Strong background in Cisco campus networking
• Proven experience in network design (HLD/LLD)

Expertise in:

• Cisco SD-WAN
• Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
• Cisco Wireless Solutions
• Software-Defined Access (SDA)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Confident in a customer-facing consulting role

Bonus:

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP, or relevant SD-WAN/DNAC credentials)
• Experience working on regional or large-scale network rollouts

Salary:

• $6 - 9k/ month
