Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience within Failure Analysis, Yield analysis or Yield Enhancement.
• Deep understanding of probe failure mechanisms and electrical bench data collection.
• Ability to develop techniques for data extraction and automation.

Responsibilities

• Discover yield issues in NAND development and identify metrics for quantification.
• Interact with various teams to drive definition of yield and quality issues.
• Own and drive statistical analysis of critical metrics to improve product yield.
• Initiate data mining on new issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate to identify and rectify key module deficiencies.
