• At least three years of relevant experience.

• Strong interest in information security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with SOC analysts for escalated alerts.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders for timely incident resolution.
• Perform alert triaging when necessary.
• Review and analyze telemetry data to identify trends.
• Collaborate to implement enhancements based on insights.
• Participate in incident response activities as needed.
