Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia production.
• Strong sense of timing, music, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related motion graphics tools.
• Basic understanding of filming techniques, lighting, and color correction.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English due to collaboration with the Chinese headquarters.
• Solid grasp of typography, animation, and visual composition.
• Curious, open-minded, and eager to explore new creative technologies.

• Edit gameplay trailers using in-game footage with excellent rhythm, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Produce version update and promotional videos that evoke excitement and emotion among players.
• Support basic live-action shoots, including filming setup, lighting, color grading, and creative direction.
• Design motion graphics and dynamic typography with strong fundamentals in composition and animation.
• Experiment with and integrate AI tools to enhance creative workflow and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, publishing, and game operations) to align visuals with brand and product goals.
